Located at 255 rue Saint-Charles Est in Longueuil, the André-Lamarre house was built around 1740. On February 19, 1976, the Quebec Government designated the André-Lamarre House as a heritage building of historic value. This rural house was located on the Lamarre farm and marked the limit between the country and the village. Under the dashed finish, the house boasts traditional French masonry. The bell-cast roof dates back to the XIX century.
